Soil: calcareous - sandy
Harvest: end of September - beginning of October
Bottles produced: 2000
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel, maceration on the skins 20 days
Ageing: 10 months in steel tanks + 6 months in bottle
It is the perfect mix of two soils. One new near the forest and never cultivated, the other with sunny exposure and cultivated for years.
